Goals
- Support carers with 100+ articles covering medical, legal, and emotional issues
- Create an illustration system to fit neatly within the Unforgettable brand
- Deliver 100+ bespoke illustrations efficiently without burning through limited capital
- Created a modular vector system to produce a massive library of bespoke artwork quickly and cost-effectively, without sacrificing quality
- Developed a calming color palette and friendly characters to soften sensitive topics, while keeping the message clear
- Over a 100 articles with illustrated visual guides ready by launch day
Outcomes
- Carers responded warmly to the visual tone, noting it provided a human touch in a sea of impersonal medical sites
- The Unforgettable blog helped foster a welcoming space where both carers and people living with dementia felt supported and connected
- The library proved so versatile it expanded into printed leaflets, patient guides, and posters to support carers offline too
